They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
