After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."

"Hired then late Nov 2024. Rushed to do the job, left a darn mess in the area. Left large air pockets and caused even more damage to my home's foundation. High pressure sales, terrible work. The warranty doesn't cover anything due to Foundation Recovery does NOT stand behind their work. I'm disgusted with their dishonesty from sales to repair and management. "One sewer issue was outside. Plumber located the problem which was not a blockage per se but rather and offset connection between the city sewer line and the line exiting our home. This was corrected. Second sewer blockage identified by sewer inspection turned out to be a corroded pipe on a lateral feeding into the main sewer line. This was indoors and required breaking out concrete to get to the repair. The plumbers were just as surprised as I was to find the specific corrosion and its location. Once identified, they were able to install new PVC pipe. The third item was a rusted hot water heater. They told me they had a flat rate of replacing these units. All billing was as I had expected. They arrived the same morning I notified them of the problem and installed a new water heater. Overall satisfied, and I would use them again if my primary plumber (one of their cousins) was not available. (Their cousin had referred me to them.)"
