"Blue Duck Plumbing has done a great, professional, and expert job with any plumbing project I've had over the last 5 years (especially Philip). He sourced and replaced my house water filter's carbon tank, along with installing some extras to make replacing annual sediment filters an easier task. In the past he's moved a gas pipe that was in a terrible place in my storage room to help get it out of the way, and installed and perfectly leveled a fussy ice maker at the bar. He always gives friendly quotes and expert advice, is patient when going over any instructions, cleans up after the work, and he's training his fellow plumbers to do all of those same things. I will always trust Blue Duck Plumbing for any plumbing project."

"Just received a bill of $370 for them to come into my home and break 1 of our 2 toilets as we had guests from out of town coming the next night to stay with us through the weekend. I was then informed it would cost $600 to fix what THEY broke and I would have to schedule another visit. I was not informed prior to them completing work there was a potential risk the toilet would be broken. They were invited in to diagnose a plumbing issue and did not bring the proper equipment to do so. They said they would diagnose the issue on the next scheduled visit to fix the toilet. I was considering spending thousands to work with McElroy's as I had HVAC and plumbing issues that needed addressed and annual servicing. On top of that, it has been two weeks since they visited and I have not received a quote for the plumbing or HVAC. Unbelievable this is how customers are treated and refused to make this right when I called."

"11/22 called for leak from spout in shower, we agreed to total replacement of the fixtures$450 and 5 months later we have the exact same problem. Called to have them fix their work and said it would be 120per hour just to come out. We have used this company for many years. Heating, cooling, sewer, and plumbing. NO MORE! It should not cost me more money if the work only lasts 5 months!!"

"Horrible. After calling Floyd’s for help with drains that were moving slowly, one of their plumbers came out and proceeded to pour something in the drain. Unfortunately, the water in the pipes was cold and whatever he poured down there froze like cement in the pipes. Everything needed to be replaced! We had some success with Floyd’s previously and so after some time we tried to let them snake some roots figuring it wouldn’t be too bad, but after two months everything is backed up again and now Floyd’s has put us on a “no service” list and will not stand by their work. Wow, this is their level apparently...unprofessional, inexperienced (if they are putting something down a drain without knowing it would freeze solid) and not worthy of your time or money. Go elsewhere."

"Beware! A2B Plumbing used legal threat to intimidate us after walking off the job and refusing to respond to email requests for resolution. The offer letter and subsequent communication, from his attorney claimed no knowledge of damages to my home, poor project planning, poor installation, and breach of contract. He was in fact, requiring extensive additional fees for completion with lessor materials and without correction of damage. (IE: Cut floor joist under deep soak tub, basic plumbing and ordering errors etc…) Even after we paid for a professional inspection, he continued to deny the facts of this contract and is still relying heavily on his vague, poorly written estimate in attempts to avoid responsibility. Even double billing for inferior fixtures while refusing credit for the more expensive ones he could not install. (in the order manifest he left behind with the mess he also left.) Mr. Roach continues to refuse reasonable settlement offers and driving up attorney fees a year later. He has consistently stated he could not “afford” to complete the job then could not afford to settle, then after I forced Insurance assist, he continues to shirk responsibility wherever possible. We have now been informed we will never be able to recoup all expenses... A year later we are still dealing with lawyers and my Bath is still destroyed!"

"They did a terrible job. My pipes leaked after they redid them all because they forgot to glue them together and it damaged sheet rock, flooring and subflooring. After the job was done they handed me a bill for 2 times the amount bid and on the bid was all the damages that they cause and fixed. They are trying to charge me for fixing their mistakes."
