"It was great. They well timely considering our roof was leaking. They were very professional. They conducted a very through roof inspect compare to the roofer before. That report help us with the insurance claim. The result was better. We're very happy with the company."

"We emailed through their website and they responded immediately, on a Saturday Evening I should add. On mid-week we met for the first time. Matt took pictures of our home, and put them in his Dropbox before he walked in our door. He emailed us his workmens comp. policy and asked us to take the time to call his insurance agent and receive our personal copy of vantage point's active policy so we knew we were covered. He took the pictures of our house and then created a bunch of possible designs that our home could become on their laptop for us to look at and agree on. We contracted with them a week later and his wife Katie spent over 2 hours answering all our final questions. On job start day we watched the roofers take the whole roof away, take pictures of the exposed roof for our assurance that they weren't covering any rot or stuff. They finished the whole roof in a day. Matt even made a video for us of it all which he sent to us email. Pops, the most considerate man me and my wife have met came by a few days later and installed 2 windows and a door. He insulated any spaces there were and had us look at it all before he left. Pops even offered to go get our dog when he ran out of the yard. All in all the project couldn't of been better thus far but the main part hadn't happened yet. The James Hardie siding crew showed up, and a perfect, efficient, quiet machine began around our home. After the first day the 8 man crew had torn away all the Woodrot, replaced it with new wood, took pictures for our proof, put the Hardie house wrap barrier stuff on, and put the trash in the dumpster. Matt stopped in with Katie, and they shot a YouTube video. My wife's and my home is almost 3000 square foot in total. I have never heard of a contracting company that could actually get cement, cut it to fit on a home my size, and seal it up in 3 days. My wife called it a work of art. I must say all of my neighbors have told me how amazing this company transformed my home. I wish that everytime I had a big problem in life on my hands I had a company to turn to like vantage point exteriors. I read several of their reviews, and I thought they seemed really great before. Well I want to be the next member to say thank you for caring about us and our home. There can not be a better contracting company for this kind of work in K.C. I would recommend them to anyone."

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. I will be using him for any future repairs to my AC. So should whomever is reading this review. Thanks again to Wyatt HVAC & Home Solutions for the awesome service on this very hot day."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
