We then purchased a new home in January 2017 and he was able to move the generator and reinstall it at our new home for $1,016.00. It went perfectly. They were great people doing a great job because they knew what they were doing. The generator still works and we have had no problems. I would recommend him to everyone."

"Mr. Blankenship and his designer met with us multiple times to help us figure out exactly what we wanted to do and gave us estimates on the cost of all the different options so that we could make knowledgeable decisions that helped us get the very best outcome and stay within our budget.  Mr. Blankenship went out of his way to meet with us when our schedule allowed and was always professional.  They provided us with drawings and detailed contracts outlining exactly what would be done.  Once the work began they worked diligently to finish the projects.  One of my neighbors remarked that they seemed very conscientious and that he wished he had used Alternative Building Concepts on a job he just had done.  Mr. Blankenship even came out several times just to meet with the carpet layers because he wasn't happy with some of the seams.  All the work they did was first rate and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.  Everything Alternative Building Concepts did improved our home and we would not hesitate to use them again.

"We hired Ed to replace a damaged section of drywall ceiling in one of the bedrooms in our house.  He came out quickly to give an estimate, started and finished the work when he said he would, and was very pleasant to deal with.  We were very happy with the results, and he stayed at the low end of his original estimate.  He even painted the finished job, which hadn't been part of our arrangement -- it was a big help to us.  We'll definitely hire him again.

"I was very impressed at how well this company patched my roof, they matched my shingles perfectly you can't even tell the roof had a problem in the first place.I showed the man exactly the type of flooring I wanted he was able to get the materials for cheap and install my new flooring quickly and efficiently. Highly impressed and would hire them again for any handyman work!"

"Went amazing for what it was. A1 renovation came in and tore out our old deck and replaced it back updated our railing. We had some water damage from a past storm on our roof and they fix that too. They were very clean things, our project and timely manner. We’ve referred them to other friends and family as well."

"Great experience. Matt and his helper Elvis were very sweet and got the job done far quicker than I expected. Matt does excellent drywall finishing. Honest and thorough. Made every effort to please us. Not the most prompt fellows I've ever met but certainly worked hard and got the job done.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
