"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. This allowed us to decide if we wanted to accept or remove certain items from our deck replacement. Unfortunately, the project manager was non-existent and rarely returned calls or answered my questions. I would expect the project manager to answer all questions and concerns in a timely manner."

"We hired JB Construction to remodel our master bathroom and bedroom, this project included building a new shower, tile, new fixtures, etc. Joe did such a great job we decided to have the whole second floor remodeled including the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room.
