"Squirrels had moved into my attic through a wood rot hole that formed in the awning behind my house due to poor drainage. Joe, the tech from All Rodents Begone came to my house, inspected my attic and made a plan with me to trap the squirrels and then patch the entry hole. It took a few days to catch all the squirrels, but Joe was responsive and communicated well with me. I'm very satisfied."

"I was feeling extremely vulnerable and totally powerless at the thought of bed bugs in my home. I have children so I immediately began making phone calls after I was given the wrong advice by the internet. I panicked when I began to imagine what the possible treatments could look like, as well as the disruption in my home for my children. I spoke with a very kind woman ( operator ) who eased my stress level and answered all questions in a professional and compassionate manner. She seemed very knowledgeable, but equally as important, very understanding and nurturing. Then came Ben. This guy was super informative and was in no hurry to answer any and all questions. He genuinely cares, and I did not feel like just a number sharing all of my concerns and fears. Ben was honest, patient, and knowledgeable. Very personable and a true bug expert. The dog was a cool touch, too. Thank your for all your help, Jason"
