The receptionist ( I suppose that's her title) is courteous, helpful and always called to let us know when the staff was arriving, etc. The salesman came first, was professional, knowledgeable and did not attempt to pressure or push a sale. A person came second to measure the windows for replacement. Again, professional, friendly and courteous. Thirdly the installers came and did a great job, worked for nearly 12 hours without a break and did the job in one day! Again, courteous, friendly, respectful, professional. The next evening my husband was cleaning the kitchen window and could not get it to go back down all the way. We called the company the next morning. They had two people out by 12:30 who fixed the problem - it was just out of the track. No problems since. Very impressed with how they immediately came out. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone for window replacement or any other service they provide!
