"Great! Dowon, the man who came and did out work, is amazing! He's so incredibly patient, and he took the time to listen and answer questions. He also made sure that we had what we needed to (hopefully) bring our power bill down from the rafters, even crawling around in our super hot attic to deal with some of the wiring there. (He installed a load sensor to figure out what's pulling so much power) and also put in a larger wire that brings power into the house (apparently the one they originally installed was too small for the size of the house - or something like that.) Fun fact: I'm fascinated with the sensor he installed. I have no idea what some of the things are that keep turning on and off, so it's been almost a treasure hunt to try and figure out the appliances and electronic devices it's identifying day-by-day. :)"
