"Timothy is incredibly friendly and easy to get in touch with. Another company had come out to diagnose my AC and claimed they fixed it, but when I got home, it still wasn't working. I reached out to Timothy around 9:00 pm just to ask about getting a diagnosis. He asked me a few questions, assured me he could fix it, and said he could come out that same night.
