"Very unsatisfied when calling for service it went to answering service, was told someone would call back shortly, after 2 hours I called back, got the answering service, was told someone would call back and did get a call 20 minutes later. Told them I was having problems with water heater only having warm water. Water heater was 12 years old and serviceman said lower element burned out and expansion tank was not working. Quoted $2000 to repair. Didn't know how long heater would last and suggested new one. I agreed. Water runs through geothermal furnace. Took about 5 hours to change out because he had to wait for someone to bring new heater. He forgot to close something before turning water back on and got water on the floor. 2 days later I went to basement to get serial number from heater and there was water all over the floor. No reason to touch geothermal unit. Drain from humidifier was disconnected. Took couple of days to talk to anyone from company. "

"I normally love these guys and have used them for years, but unfortunately I won?t be using them again due to a billing issue. I recently received an invoice for service in December ? which turned out to be from a previous year. I couldn?t prove it hadn?t been paid, so I reluctantly paid the $250 just to resolve it. That said, I?ve always paid within a few days of service, and since then I?ve had other work completed that was paid for without issue. If anything, it seems there may be a billing process problem that needs to be addressed. It?s a shame, because they were my go-to plumber and I always appreciated their work."

After we were almost done and on the same page, ready to sign contracts to move forward & break ground, they backed out, forcing us to start all over with a different contractor. Heard they got some other more profitable simple jobs. Although we were stunned at such unprofessional behavior, we were eventually very grateful that we feel dodged a bullet. At the end of the day, this company would have been a nightmare on such a big project. Yes, they have an extremely slick selling presentation with all kinds of high tech software and online project management promises. But they only have one local guy (who seems very nice) and the management of the company was all out of town. The local guy had no authority to make ANY decisions—had had to go to them for everything. Every single time we had to meet to review or revise the scope of work as we were putting the initial project together, we would have to wait an entire month until a manager could be in town. In hindsight, we had such a problem just getting things underway, we cannot imagine how bogged down it would have become down the road."
