"For years we have lived without an upstairs bath. We wanted to add the much needed full bathroom to our 90+ year old home which involved punching out the attic and surrounding roof and creating a new shell structure. Due to the age of the house it mandated code upgrades to the existing structure. In addition to the bathroom the project involved building new closets on both floors and extensive plumbing and electrical work throughout the entire house. We also wanted upgraded finishes for the exterior and interior of the addition. After several recommended and promising contractors were hesitant or unable to commit to the scope of the project we searched and found Gustavo.
