I am a first time home buyer and just closed two weeks ago and knew that a garage door motor needed to be replaced. I explained to him what was happening, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. The service representative came out in the allotted time frame and performed the work at a great pace. The hauled away all of the old stuff so I didn't have to trash it. He showed me how to use all of the remotes and keypads that came with the motor. I picked their higher end motor for $450 and it came with 2 remotes and a keypad for outside. I am a techie and he explained to me all of the cool things you can do to set it up for wifi and such to connect to my phone. He was very knowledgeable of his service and kind and willing to answer any innocuous questions I had,"

"Removed damaged door and installed a new and improved door. Then a few months later he came back at our request and checked the door operation to find a cause for a noise. Readjusted and things were fine. In late August he dropped by to see why I could not get my new car's garage opener button to sync with my door. Thought something was wrong with the opener. He checked everything and then he fixed it so I could open the door remotely with my car. He did not charge for the visit. I would highly recommend him for anything concerning automatic garage doors. Not many people this day and age would come out and figure out how your car remote works and then sync it for you for free. <br />"

"Arriving home after a two-month absence I found that one of my heat pump units and Stop working. The inside temperature was 91and deg; during this Alabama summer. I called Woodall's heating and air-conditioning to see if I could set up an appointment to have someone come out and look at the system. <br /> To my surprise they were able to get a technician to my home within a couple of hours. The technician Mr. Bo Long, Immediately went to work diagnosing the problem and in a very short time he was able to tell me just what the magnitude of the damages were and what needed to be done to repair the unit and once again make it operational. Bo showed me the components that had failed and those components that would still work but would likely fail shortly and led me through a decision-making process so that I felt I was part of the solution to once again making the heat pump operational. <br /> I elected to take the more expensive course of action and replace those components that not only failed but ones that had been weakened by the failing components. Bo and his office support folks made an extra effort to get a new compressor and fan motor in two days instead of the normal 4 days so as to have my system running before the weekend. <br /> I have used Woodall's Heat and Air Conditioning in the past and they continue to be professional, thorough, and effective with very knowledge customer oriented technicians The old axiom that, and quot;You get what you pay for.and quot; from me experience doesn't apply to Woodall's. I have always gotten more than my money's worth in quality service and equipment. <br />"

"Overall the experience was very positive. The company was able to make the service call within a couple days. They offered an excellent discount on their website, and the resulting price was reasonable. The serviceman was very professional and personable. There was no attempt to recommend unnecessary services. The garage door opener now performs better than when it was first installed."

"We had a pretty bad experience. The crew didn't show up on the scheduled day. It was a Sunday and they allegedly got stuck at another job but neglected to call me, and the main offices were closed so I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Rescheduled for a week or so later. Work was adequate, but not great, and done in a day. There were several mistakes so I had to have a customer service guy come out and fix them. One was big enough that we had to schedule for a crew to come back. Well they didn't show that day either! This was allegedly from a scheduling error. The main office sent us a $50 check to compensate. The final fix was eventually completed. The whole process was drawn out over months. Also beware that the windows are really thick. Inside hung blinds likely won't fit anymore, and the salesman certainly won't mention that."

"They were on time, completed the job in one day, cleaned up the area just as it was before they started. They  were very curtious and friendly. Did a great job on the roof very happy with the service they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job for a fair price. Nothing bad to say overall a very positive experience. <br />"
