Only issue is that they underestimated the replacement of one downspout which quite frankly went down underground through my deck. Together, though, we deemed that it was not compromised; & subsequent rain storms have proven that this assessment was accurate. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

However, when it turned out it was going to be a much less than simple repair because under the siding was not wood but particleboard that price went up. I believe I got more than my money's worth though at that price. Peter explained the repair and executed it successfully. When the time comes that the whole house can be re-sided I will hire Peter for sure."
