"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"Called and they came out the same day to replace a water heater"

"Chad was very professional and friendly when he came out to measure and discuss our driveway project. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I appreciated. Thanks again, Chad!"

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"Rick was the most responsive contractor we have ever dealt with. He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. We highly recommend River City Remodeling and would definitely use them again in the future."

"Remark removed and replaced our large custom composite deck. Double picture frame with contrasting colors and aluminum rails. Fantastic quality construction on the new build. Very satisfied with the new product!!! Chris and his team were super courteous and respectful. Good to work with. Prompt responses to concerns or requested revisions. Would certainly hire this team again - have already recommended them to friends!"

"Caleb did a fantastic job constructing steps to our back deck after the original steps fell apart. He was professional, attentive, and got them up in just a few hours. My family has been enjoying his work to access our backyard from the deck for several weeks now, and we couldn?t be more satisfied."

"Thanks to Jim, came and did a deck for us. Got the job done right and in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!"

"TTT did a terrific job of replacing the gutter guards, fixing the edges of the roof, and cleaning the downspouts that had been damaged during a reroofing process. The job turned out to be much larger than originally anticipated â but the owner stayed with his original estimate. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and would certainly hire them again. However, they did such a good job that these gutter guards will probably never meed to be replaced!"

"Daniel and team did an EXCELLENT job! We had a new deck installed with Trex and the horizontal cable railings. In addition he installed French Patio Doors where we had windows originally. He offered many suggestions and was a great communicator. I will definitely use him again! Thanks Daniel"
