"We recently needed our Bosch Dishwasher to undergo some serious repair work. Bad hoses, some new parts for the pump and it all had to be done with it removed from its little cubby hole under the kitchen counter. Replacing the 4-year-old dishwasher was not a financial option. This, low decibel, (40) model, sells in the vicinity of too much. $1400 plus. It is extremely quiet, very efficient, and appreciated, considering our family TV viewing area is basically in the same room, the Family Room being open to the Kitchen Area. I contacted three appliance services. Only one responded. Russel’s Appliance Service. In this case the “right” one. We set up an appointment, he was right on time. The estimate for repair, parts replacement and labor was exceptionally reasonable and well within the scope of practical. That was after nearly three labor hours to remove the unit. With a tremendous amount of efficiency, cautious and careful manipulation, and a couple of bushels of patience he was able to get the dishwasher out. The cabinet installers did not correctly attach it to the cabinets, and it was installed by the previous owners before the hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen. Meaning it sat on the subfloor. Which made it quite a task to remove. Parts had to be ordered and two trips later Mr. Russell, again delving into those patience bushels, was able to make the necessary repairs and re-installed the dishwasher into its cubby hole…correctly. If you need service or repair work, dishwasher in our case, we would not hesitate to contact it needed for stove or refrigerator, you need to call Russel Appliance Service."

There were parts that he required that were not readily at his disposal and he went out on his own to a nearby appliance supplier to pick of the needed items in order to finish the repair. Was very professional and the service was great!!! Would highly recommend him!!!!

"This was my third time using A & S, so obviously, I'm happy with the work I've received. 

On moving into a new house, we discovered that the bottom of our refrigerator was filling with water.  I thought it was a defrost drainage issue, but I didn't have any idea of how to go about clearing the obstruction.  I called A & S and was able to get an appointment for the next morning.

He quickly took the refrigerator apart and cleaned everything out.  As he has done previously, he talked to me about the source of the problem:  in this case, he felt that a slightly off-level installation might be hindering proper drainage, so he adjusted the refrigerator.  As always, he was friendly, courteous and professional.

So far, so good.  The problem is fixed, and, if my previous experiences are any guide, I won't be seeing him again until something else breaks.  I highly recommend!  "

"As soon as they got here they started to get work.  He opened the electrical panel and told me things that were wrong with it and the things that should be changed in it.  We then started going through the house to start labeling the breaker box.  All went well and Joe was very thorough in checking all circuits.  They were both easy to talk to and explained everything very well.
