The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. On the second visit, Justin replaced an additional part and everything has been fine since. I am happy with the work that Justin performed and would certainly recommend him to others."

This time I contacted him because my dishwasher was leaking and one of the burners on my gas range had ceased to ignite, despite repeated cleanings. He warned me that it could take up to two weeks to receive a part from Bosch, the dishwasher manufacturer, and indeed it did.
