"Dan Quigley, the owner, did most of the work. He was very professional, responding in a timely way for estimating and scheduling. He answered my detailed questions ahead of time and did not try to upsell me. While he worked, he did not mind that I hung around and asked even more questions, mostly, I think, because he knows what he is doing and is confident in that. Finally, when it became apparent that video scoping of the drain would not be necessary and when he discovered that one of the 6 drains had been plugged with concrete, so no cleaning was necessary, he knocked a substantial amount off the final bill. All in all, very competent and good work."

"They were amazing. I had hired someone to do excavating and they broke my sewer line. After two failed attempts to fix it I was referred to J Gallageher Septic and Wastewater. The owner came out on a Saturday evening to diagnose the problem and came back to open up my line for the weekend. Monday morning he sent two of his guys out to dig up the entire line and fix it properly. They took the time to not only explain what they were doing but to listen to my concerns. They were very professional and pleasant, went above and beyond my expectations and explained everything they had done. The next day the owner called to make sure I was satisfied. "I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed"

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."
