"We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed 4 general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice. From the very first meeting, we knew I DO Remodeling was the right fit for us. Whereas each of the other 4 candidates gave various (sometimes opposing) solutions for the soffit in our kitchen, Ido was the first to get his hands dirty to find out what was feasible and cost-effective. He was a straight-shooter, set proper expectations and followed through during the entirety of our project. His workers were all top notch and worked hard to ensure we were happy with the final product. Our entire kitchen remodel took 5 weeks from start to finish (including Christmas and New Years). The teams were clean, courteous, and detailed. Ron was a great help on the design aspect of the project. "We had some issues with the shower pan step drainage, that they eventually fixed. However, I was not 100% satisfied with the reception I got from the PM when I initially explained the issue. I had to legally withhold any further payments until the step was repaired. I also had to revert to written communication only, in order to complete the project. Other than that small issue, we live the work they did for us."
