"We were on a tight deadline and they were able to meet our timeline. Worked primarily with Randy and Elizabeth pre-construction, then Rex, Jamie and Jen during construction. All interactions were pleasant and professional, and all inquiries were responded to promptly. There were a couple minor issues with our bathroom faucets a few months after completion and they were able to fix these issues promptly and at no additional cost.

He cleaned up everything when he was done and even let me know about another issue he came across that wasn't emergent but could cause future issues.
