He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "John did a great job installing a ceramic subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. John was easy to schedule and got the job done quickly. One bit of feedback... was not clear upfront that we provide all the hard materials (tile, grout, schluters, etc.). Could be a good upsell to help customers choose and buy tile and grout through partner tile companies (I probably would have paid extra for this!). Otherwise, very impressed. Would hire again."

They had a lot of options to choose from, and had exactly what I wanted. The materials came in right on time. The installers were also great. It took just as long as they said it was going to take. "Thomas came over and assessed our bathroom which also leads into the laundry room. He did discover a little bit of mold around the drain of that bathroom, so he disinfected that area before he could lay down the grout and tile. In total, it took him about 2 days to complete the whole area. The tile looks better than I ever imagined. Would I hire him again for any future projects? Heck yes!!"

"It was great. We just haven't done anything at all with it. The responsiveness of the guy was very good. I think it was just not quite what we were looking for. It wasn't that their price was really high. I think it was just the price that we decided. Instead of just redoing the whole thing. we decided to do a fraction of it. The quote was about $5000. Their professionalism is great. We just need the plumbing redone and then that little section re-tiled. I don't think they would do just a little bit. With ReBath, they do the whole system."

"Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!
