"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. "The plumber showed up on time and actually called when he was about 30 minutes away. He had the necessary repair part on his van and was able to complete the job in approx. 90 minutes. Nice attitude and cleaned up the area before he departed the bathroom. I can't say enough about Vista Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and it is always perfect. Maybe a little pricey but to me it is worth knowing the job will be done right the 1st time."
