The problem lied behind the drywall and Al told me what work was needed to investigate the issue and repair it. He walked me through the process and quoted me a fair cost for the job. Throughout the repair work he provided updates and what materials he needed to completed the work. Al provided excellent customer service and was very pleasant to talk to. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was.
