"Sam, although very busy, made time to come out and look at our ceiling fixture after it blew out and smoke was coming out of it! He diagnosed and fixed the problem pronto. Reasonable price. We had Sam do various projects of the course of a few months, replaced a window in an exterior door, reinforced all my kitchen cabinets that were beginning to fall off the walls, replaced switches, etc. Always extremely professional, polite and extremely competent and knowledgeable. I can't imagine who this guy who wrote the review before me was talking about. Sounds nothing like the Sam we know! Sam has expressed displeasure at wearing a mask (don't we all...they're uncomfortable!) but never did he refuse to wear one. We will ALWAYS call Sam first and wait to get on his schedule. He's usually busy and we have to schedule a couple weeks out. That should tell you something."
