"I recently had luxury vinyl planks installed in my galley kitchen, washroom/laundry room, and bathroom. All three of these spaces are tight quarters. However, the crew from District Floor Depot (DFD) did a fantastic job despite the limited space! (The required moving the refrigerator, stacked washer/dryer, stove, and 2 toilets.) The crew made it look like it was a piece of cake to do though I do know there were definitely challenges along the way. It took the crew about a day and half to complete. Each time there was an obstacle, the folks at DFD were quick to resolve, for example, they were a few planks short to complete the job. Rather than taking short cuts, they crew had the additional planks brought over and the job was completed to my satisfaction. All minor concerns that I had had were quickly resolved. I was particularly impressed with the post-installation service provided. I had a question about a “soft spot’ on the floor (the installation was “floated” atop of the existing underlayment) that I felt might cause premature wear. My concerns were quickly addressed (it turned out with “floating” floors having a ‘soft spot’ near a transition sight was normal and that no premature wear would occur.) I would definitely recommend District Floor Depot and would use them again!"

"The team from Prospect Hardware Flooring did an excellent job. From the timely response to our request for a quote, the measuring and getting a quote before Mike left, the time from agreeing to the job to getting started, to the quality install and cleanup, the Prospect Hardwood Flooring team was professional and did excellent work. Mike answered all our questions throughout the process demonstrating subject matter expertise that we greatly appreciated. The install team was responsive to our needs and were fast but paid great attention to detail leading to a quality install. We had 4 bedrooms, 4 closets, a hallway and stairs done. We are extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring."

"Couldn t have ask for a better experience! Right out of the gate, Sam suggested affordable, yet quality, luxury vinyl and carpet options which fit our needs perfectly. Blew the competitors out of the water! Installation was high quality as well with each flooring type completed in under a day each by true professionals. We will definitely be calling Floorsbay for future projects!"

"Jason and his crew did a fantastic job installing about 1500 square feet of solid white oak flooring. It had to be stained to match existing flooring and Wilmer (the guy leading the staining portion of the project) was soooo patient trying to find the right combination of stains to match the existing floor. Jason, was very knowledgeable about all our hardwood flooring options (a portion was laid on slab and had to be glued down). He was incredibly easy to work with and his crew was very courteous and incredibly hard working. Highly recommend. Finished product was great and price was very competitive. We will be using them again when we get around to doing the upstairs."

"I was disappointed with the communication below and the fact that they took payment for job completion prior to me seeing the job. My request: Hi Jodi, Sorry for the delayed response as we have not moved all of the furniture and fixtures back to their original place. The guys did an exceptional job matching the colors and refinishing the floors. There was some dust and debris left behind in the house and driveway also some stain on the molding (I will do touch up paint). My biggest concern is the garage that had my table full of fixtures was left with saw dust and debris from cutting the molding and maybe cleaning the machines. I do not want the guys back in my house from previous experience with contractors they see to have an attitude with returning. However, I would request $100.00 credit for consideration and a small amount of the stain mixture for scratches. I would propose that your company have the guys take exit pictures. I will be willing to provide a positive review regarding the actual work performed. Reply: It is nice to hear you are happy with the project. Unfortunately, the issue of stain on the molding and dust is a common when refinishing floors, even in the garage. This is why we prepare our Customers in the contract, to cover all belongings and be prepared for paint touch-up. Final comment: Jodi, thanks for your response. That is an unreasonable, irresponsible position and relieve your crew of any responsibility and respect for the customers property. I am disappointed and regret that I trusted your company to provide a professional service."

"We hired Aaron to refinish and stain the floors in a home we just purchased where the floors were scratched and had not been maintained.. We also asked him to remove carpet and install new hardwood floors in the master bedroom. The project went very well despite the fact that the work was done right as everything was shutting down due to COVID (mid-March). Aaron kept us informed along the way and he really knows his stuff when it comes to wood flooring. His team did a marvelous job and he offered us top commercial grade products at a lower price that other offers I received. When the job was done, I noticed a few spots that were a bit lighter and Aaron had a team come out and restain those spots for no charge. He and his team were professional timely and did the work at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to hire AG Construction and flooring again! If I could give them an A+ I would."

"The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."
