After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. They passed inspection the first time.  The inspector only asked that I have them come back and add some additional sealant over the screws in the bottom of the windows.  The inspector passed them without them doing that.  He just said he suggested it to make it perfect.  D&D came out the next day and did what he had asked.
