Why did Aire Serv charge me for the moving the wiring within the unit to stop the noise? The last maintenance done on the unit was a replacement of a circuit board. YOUR technician, not Dave, performed the work and if he did not secure the wiring properly? Why is Aire Serv of Las Vegas now charging me to ensure it is secured now? No pictures of work preform were provided."

"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "There were a few bumps with the irrigation system in ironing out the leaks as the new lines were put in, but after about a week of working the kinks out, the irrigation systems are working properly.  Not only did they repair the leaks that existed, they revamped the watering system for timing and length of time per cycle and I expect our water bill to drop by as much as 40%.  I'll follow up as this continues, but after a few minor misses, I'm very happy with the final result.  The lights were put in as requested and work exactly as expected.  The monthly service has just begun, but so far I'm very pleased with their attention to detail and the quality of the work. I'll do another follow up regarding the monthly service.  Carlos Rosales is very responsive and made sure that he delivered everything he said he would in the proposal.
