"As far as first impressions go, Zemco Roofing and Repairs is a pleasure to call; Kim, who facilitates scheduling is very friendly and efficient. In December, I met with Brian, who assessed the condition of the gutters. Given the inclement weather, we agreed that he should come back when the temperatures warmed. A few weeks later, Kim called to schedule a time, and on that day, Brian called about half an hour prior to our appointment to inform me that he was on his way. He was able to procure the brackets and after asking me where I would like them installed and offering advice, proceeded to put them in place. He also sealed some leaking seams in the gutters as a bonus. Additionally, he swept out debris in the areas where he installed the brackets, which I didn't even ask him to do. He was direct, professional and he didn't try to chisel me for unnecessary repair work. A few weeks later, when my husband and I saw that the gutters were overflowing during the unusually heavy January rain, we both questioned whether Brian had not properly pitched the gutters after installing the brackets. I called to explain what (I thought) was happening and to schedule an appointment to have him look at the situation. Again, he called to inform me that he was on his way. After having a look, he told me that there was debris in the gutters, impeding the flow of water to the downspouts. If he was annoyed, he didn't show it, instead, he adjusted the gutters, checked the stability of the brackets and cleared the debris. Brian is a knowledgeable professional and a kind person as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"Bob Thompson (Owner) did a great job tuck pointing my chimney. He also tuck pointed several areas around the house that I pointed out to him and he also tuck pointed other areas that he saw needing this work done. Bob is very professional. He called me prior to beginning the job to let me know the date and time that he would start. Once he started, he provided me with pictures inside the chimney to show the current condition. In addition to tuck pointing the chimney, he applied a acid wash to clean the effervescence that had built up. He also applied a sealer to the chimney. It took him two days to complete the job. He also corrected me from overpaying him based on our contract. He's a good guy, hard working and very honest. I would definitely recommend him to others."

"Jaime promptly responded to my call for an estimate to fix a hole in the wooden siding of my house that surrounded a window.   He  originally told me that it would be a few weeks before he could come out and do the job, but within a week, I got a call that he had a job cancelled and could be out the next day.  He removed all the wood siding that surrounded the window, replaced it and painted it to match the house.  He had to take down part of a wooden fence, the gutters and the downspout in order to get to the work area and everything was put back together exactly as it was before the project started.  Jaime is easy to work with and does a high quality job.  He is conscientious about his work site and how he leaves the area when the work is completed.  I would highly recommend him and will certainly call him again for our next project.

"I just want to offer an update to my initial review.  It's been a little over a year since my roof has been replaced.  We've had at least six major thunder storms come through the area (two of which resulted in tornadoes within 3 miles of our home) and been through a brutal winter with sub zero temps and major snow fall.  The roof is still intact, all shingles in place and no leaks!  Leaking had been a huge problem in the past in the garage when we had driving rain with the old roof & ridge vent installed by the builder .  The architectural shingles Ed installed still look great and their heavier weight and design have kept them from flipping during heavy winds and storms.  Overall, I just want to say again what a professional job Ed Popil and his crew did on this job.  I would gladly use them again and refer them to anyone considering a roof replacement or repair.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
