"Gorgeous work!! Friendly and confident workers. We are SUPER happy with our new bathtub and shower wall. We loved our sales rep, and the installer was great too. They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ☺️ we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! A lot less splashing on the floor. So thankful for all of the hard work put into this for us!!"

"I purchased a spray-in bed liner for my fiance as a Christmas gift this past year. I was so excited about it because he had been talking about getting one for more than a year. Once the weather broke, we took the truck in to get an estimate on some additional work that needed to be done due to rust in the bed. They said that they would patch it on top, but didn't want to pull the bed off "because you always end up finding more problems." So their solution was to repair the surface of the bed and let it continue to rot out from underneath. My fiance was willing to pay them for their labor, but they didn't seem to want solve the problem. He told them that if they weren't going to fix it right, he would do it himself. They scheduled him for this past Monday to bring his truck in. He spent all of last week pulling the bed off of his truck, having patches and reinforcements for the cross members cut and welding them in place, painting a Chassis Saver rust inhibiting paint on the underside, and putting it all back together; finally finishing ta 2 A.M. Sunday morning. When we got there to drop the truck off Monday morning, we were told that the appointment for the bed liner wasn't until Thursday; they had him scheduled for the repairs - which he had told them he was going to do himself. We had to rearrange schedules to get his truck there Thursday. We were told that the truck would possibly be ready Thursday evening. We got a call that it wouldn't be ready till 9:30 a.m. Friday because they were having equipment problems. He got a ride out there around 10, and was then told that it wasn't ready yet. He FINALLY got his truck back at 11:45. Apparently the liner is decent, but I haven't seen it yet. I am SO deeply disappointed. This "gift" has been nothing but one headache after another. Never again will I use or recommend this place."

Retired Electrician and YMCA of USA facilities repairman. Part of the build team for Progressive campus on SOM Center Rd. I can install or fix HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances and just about everything else.
"I had to move quickly, was going through a divorce and needed work done at the property to which I was moving. The most urgent item was erecting a fence for my dogs. Jeff met me at the property and we discussed a number of items I wanted done. He spoke about the big projects he's done for large corporations and assured me he could get the work done prior to my deadline. Jeff told me he needed a deposit to get started. Because I didn't want any delays, I gave him a $1,200 deposit without anything in writing. He missed every promised deadline and each time I contacted him, he turned the situation around saying he would get the work done if I stopped bothering him. I continued to contact him because nothing was getting done and he hadn't done anything to move the work forward. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. I kept on him and he finally provided me with a day he'd be out to begin erecting the fence. I couldn't be present the day he was scheduled to be out and when arrived at the property, Jeff was not there, but there were holes throughout my lawn. I called him and was told that a fence could not be erected on my property - no one would be able to install fencing because of tree roots. After he told me he couldn't proceed with the fencing, I requested that my deposit be returned. He first said he would refund the deposit. When a week passed and I received nothing from him, I contacted him again and he told me he did the work and was owed the money. Because he spent time making holes all over my property, he believed he should be paid. By the way, he left the holes throughout my lawn. Holes that created a liability for me. I continued to contact him and on one call, he indicated that he visited his lawyer and would be sending me the invoice for the money due to him, and indicated that I would receive a check for the remaining portion of the deposit. I never received any of my deposit back. Jeff is dishonest and anything but honorable. Beware."

Most window-tinting pros bring their own film and tools to the job. Working with certified installers means they’ll select products that meet warranty guidelines and apply the film with tried-and-true techniques. Supplying the materials also lets the pro stand behind the final result, so you don’t have to worry about product quality or compliance.
The best film for your home depends on your goal. For strict energy savings, solar or ceramic films block UV rays and cut heat gain. If privacy is a top priority, reflective or dual-reflective options can make it difficult to see inside during the day. Need security? Thicker safety films help hold glass together. Weigh what matters most—efficiency, privacy, or protection—and let a pro match you with the right product.
3M window film is a branded line of premium films that only certified installers can apply. The company offers options for energy savings, privacy, and safety, all backed by strong manufacturer warranties. Hiring a 3M-authorized pro ensures the film is stored, handled, and installed to factory specs, which protects both performance and warranty coverage.
Start with windows that take the brunt of the sun, such as south- and east-facing panes or large sunroom windows. These areas receive the most solar heat and glare, so film delivers the greatest payoff in terms of comfort and energy savings. You can always add tint elsewhere once you see how well it works.
For most homes, a visible-light transmission (VLT) of 50% or lower strikes a good balance between privacy and daylight. At this level, people outside see a darker surface, but you still enjoy natural light indoors. If you need stronger privacy—say, for a first-floor bathroom—you can go darker, but be mindful that very low VLT can slightly dim interior spaces.
