I was provided with recommendations, quote and availability for install within one day of meeting at my job site. The project install was handled with care and each day they cleaned up after the day was done. I couldn’t believe how the team just kept working in the heat. "They did a great job of removing old, overgrown plants and provided a beautiful new design that I am very pleased with. They guaranteed the work for 1 year from date of completion. I have had several plants to die. They replaced one but have not replaced the others. I had made numerous phone calls about repairs and did not receive a response so I contacted them on February 17 via email to replace additional dead plants and to make arrangements for reimbursement of the sprinkler system repair cost. When I did not hear from them I called to check on it and finally received an email on Feb 24, 2015 stating they would get back to me in a couple of weeks. It is now May 15 and I have not heard from them. I sent another set of emails today with a copy of the contract, bill for the sprinkler system repair, and pictures of the landscaping problems. I hope to hear from them soon.
*UPDATE* 
I received an email stating that they would come replace the plants that died and pay their portion for the sprinkler system repairs. When they do this I will update my status."

"Jake took out a tree, regraded the whole back yard (we have narrow side yards and Jake was the only landscaper we called who said he could get equipment back there without going through the neighbors yard and tearing out part of the fence). He put in a pretty rock border, redesigned a flower bed and put in Zoysia sod that everyone else said was too hard to get. And he even fixed the sprinkler system! He was very professional, prompt, and hard-working. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will call him again when we decide to put in that flagstone patio!!"
