Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."
