While we were there, a sales associate recommended we reach out to one of their preferred contractors, George Krinninger & Sons, to assist us with replacing the doors. We did and it was the best decision. We worked with Mike and he was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and walked us through the whole process. He even went out of his way to go with us to the store to help us pick out the right doors. When it came time for the installation, he showed up right on time, was incredibly professional, and a pleasure to chat with. When the project was done, he left the work area spotless and walked us through any features the doors/locks had. From installing an outdoor light fixture, re-attaching an indoor stair rail, securing loose hand shower bar, to recommending matching grout color for repairing grout that was crumbling in spots, Art's work has always been top notch. "Neighborhood Remodelers did a bathroom renovation for us in 2020. Mike Cooper was the project manager. They also replace all of the trim on our second floor fast forward three years later where we replaced our upstairs flooring and came to find out that Neighborhood Remodelers used 3 inch trim and elevated on the wall to act like 5 inch trim. Extremely shady. We also came to find out that they buried an electrical box even though they told us that they wouldn’t do anything like that. extremely disappointed with this company. Please think long and hard before using them."

"I would give a 6 star review if I could. I called KG because I had an electrical issue that had nothing to do with my gate. My electrician couldn't figure out the problem so he told me to ask if it was the gate causing an electrical short. Josh came out & confirmed that all his equipment was working properly. Then my electrician comes back & asked to talk to Josh to figure it out. Josh answers his phone WHILE ON VACATION!!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere. It was a bad GFI outlet. KG Doors has been responsive since the installation May 2015"

"Door install went well, it opens and closes and looks nice. now i just have to clean up all the dust that was left behind. literally have to mop and dust my entire first floor and upstairs. installers didn't hang any plastic. I called to pay the remainder of my bill and they agreed not to charge me the 2% credit card fee as consolation. so ... i'll use someone else next time."
