Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. "They were supposed to give me an estimate for an addition to replace one family room ad one sunroom that I have. They did the windows, but they never gave me an estimate to determine if I wanted it done. They did deliver the wrong window, but they were very good about ordering another window. They did work for me last year. I don't think the price was too much. They came late. I've used them twice now. I used them even though their responsiveness was not that great."

"This was a great experience.  The company came out to our home and did a rendition on the computer to show us almost exactly what the room would look like on the home, and that was awesome to see.  Then they followed their production schedule.  The permit took a few weeks to get, but once they got the permit, the process was quick and easy.  The only glitch was that when the room was built, they did not have all matching locks for our doors, but they got that taken care of within a couple of days of the room being done, and now all the locks match.  The room is absolutely beautiful!  This is our favorite room in the house!"

"Vendor Review process - Obtain 2 other quotes were thousands of dollars more than Albar.  Albar obtain great ratings from Angies, Checkbook and BBB. 
Design process - Albar Sales Consultant Moe could not be anymore patient during the design process which took months. Moe showed us all the options and gave us the pros and cons for each. He answers all questions, concerns and issues with complete courtesy even when additional adjustments were needed after the job was completed. He never place any pressure on us which made this an enjoyable process. 
Scheduling - time for installation was set in a  professional manner with our schedule in mind.
Installation - proceeded as scheduled (done in 3 days) and completed in the planned time frame. Joe and Martin were always on time, courteous and always kept the work area clean. The removal process was kept isolated and preform efficiently. The outside and inside framing around the windows, sliders and doors, which I was very concern about, were done to perfection. I was very happy with the aluminum framing and caulking on the outside which looked very professional. The inside trim was also beautifully done and matched our current style and color. 
Issues - were quickly addressed. An incorrect door style was handled by Moe to our satisfaction. A patio slider issue was initiated and followed up by Moe until the manufacturer had corrected the issue. 
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Albar for window and door installation. The Albar team is prompt, organized and truly there to offer the best service and support. I would always choose Albar.

"wonderful. we had a deadline and Brian came in with it. i purchased all materials, but Brian did all the running, thank god. my wife kept coming with little extras along the way, but Brian never batted an eye. Kevin and John of Brians crew were exceptional as well. all the subs he used did outstanding work as well 2 code plumbing, Oster hvac, Justin did the electrical, Bob of A1 tile did the tile work. Brian is also finishing my pantry, paint, tile and trim. I would definitely use him again or recomended him.
