I had picked some material and asked Garrett about it. He did some research and let me know that he didn't think I would be satisfied with the materials. While doing research he found a great laminate material that has a triple moisture barrier. He let me know it would cost a little more but that it comes with a 30 year moisture warranty. He actually put a small piece of the material in a bucket of water for 2 hours and it didn't hurt the material in anyway. I have nothing but praise for this young couple. They do the work like you would do the work for yourself. I am extremely happy with their work. He also worked in another duplex I own where there had been a leak under the concrete from a water pipe in the kitchen. The plumber had to cut out a square of floor in the middle of the kitchen. The plumber cut the laminate flooring just perfectly but when he went to put it back it had shrunk a little. I spoke with Garrett and he said instead of replacing the entire floor he could repair it. So I ordered a small amount of the material and he spent time to make it look perfect. You can't even tell where the seam is and where the floor had been cut up. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are so very friendly and have great personalities and do amazing work."
