We are local and family owned, and have been doing business in Austin and surrounding areas since 1966. We are familiar with all the local soil types and have found that the spread footing-type pier works best in 90% of all foundation repair cases in and around the Austin area. In the few cases where spread footings are not acceptable, Rite Way Foundation Repair is equipped to install drilled and belled, poured in place piers to meet or exceed the minimum job site requirements. We do residential, commercial, slabs, pier and beams and modular homes. We can install foundation piering to meet all HUD, FHA, an OSHA guidelines. We are one of the few companies that still repair historic or extremely damaged or deteriorated pier and beam homes. We are also one of the few companies that can repair garage-apartment style buildings. We also install piers for new home additions! Want to build a new room or expand an existing one? We can install your new piers for your pier and beam home or install drilled piers for additional support and tie-in adhesion to new slab additions. Rite Way can also install or repair custom stucco underpinning around your home. Rotten wood? Rite Way Foundation Repair can expertly repair all the structural rotten, deteriorated or termite damaged wood under your home. While our estimates are free, we also offer an elevation inspection service to document the current elevation of your home. This allows you to recheck the elevation from year to year to determine if your home needs any foundation repair. This service is based on an hourly fee. We have no sales people at Rite Way Foundation Repair. Jon or Kristie Woodworth do all of our estimates. You won't find anyone at Rite Way Foundation Repair afraid to crawl under a house and get dirty! We try to price our estimates fairly. We do not try to be the lowest and we never try to get rich off one job. We never use prefab pressed/driven pilings. All our pier designs are poured in place, rebar steel reinforced concrete. 95% of our jobs are from word of mouth from customers. We are proud of our work and stand behind it. All new full pier installations receive a life-time, transferable warranty on all new materials. (See guarantee for details.) Rite Way also offers drainage correction ranging from soil addition/removal to basin drain-grated systems to quickly drain water away from your home.
