"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Nick replaced all the interior doors in our house and we are very happy with the end result. He took care of ordering, disposal of old doors, and installation, which made the whole process very easy for us. He knows what he’s doing and we highly recommend!"

"American Supreme Construction build a brand new deck for us and it came out great. I am very happy with the results and price. Don and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. "They installed some windows and vinyl siding on my home. They were very professional, communicative, paid great attention to detail, and left the work site clean. Definitely worth the investment."

"They showed up on time painted the whole house in six days 3500 ft.² house I highly recommend them"

"They are not local to my area. Please, hire local. And this is for Angi: Try not to recommend contractors who are a significant distance away, in this case around 80 miles (and 2 states) away. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."

"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

"I needed some tiles reset and new caulking along the bottom of my shower. Luis was very responsive and communicated with me right away--I felt like my job was important to him. The work was done quickly, the shower floor looks like new and the workmanship is very neat and clean--I appreciate the attention to detail. I will definitely use LAV Contracting for future projects!"

"I was very pleased to receive a detailed proposal with photos, in a timely manner,  and a fair price.  Once work began, the crews arrived on time, they were friendly, wore booties, and the area they were working on was sealed off to protect the rest of the room; I appreciated the fact that they were so conscious about not making a mess or tracing debris through the house.  The work was completed on time and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work done.

"Luis and his helper did a wonderful job putting together and installing both vanity and over toilet storage cabinet. They did a great job repairing ceiling and painting it. They also did a great job installing new light fixture in bathroom. They cleaned up area nicely after they were done. I will definitely use him again!"
