They installed a paver block patio, butting up to an existing patio, that by their own admission wasn't the best match to the existing patio. On their own, they decided to remove it and installed a better match, at no charge to us. Very professional! In addition, we had a major depression in our paver driveway where they removed the existing pavers, leveled the base and reinstalled the pavers. It's now perfect and you can't even see where the repairs were made. We have scheduled them to come back after the Holidays to repair the paver walk to the front door. It has roots from the abutting plantings lifting the pavers. We're certain they will do an excellent job!
