I asked about sanitizing and she ( the women in the office) expressed to me they had to evaluate when they got to my residence. The service crew were to give me a price when they did an evaluation. They did not. After completing the cleaning of the air ducts they expressed to me sanitation was necessary. The girl from the office called me as they were cleaning and I was unable to hear her clearly and stated I needed the sanitation. After completed they gave me a bill of $375. I feel this was very shady, unethical and thievery. On top of it all I was told it was only guaranteed for 30 days. I would never recommend this company!"
