"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"I had a major flood in my home and did not know until I returned from being out of town for a few weeks. Everything was saturated and covered in mold. Titan responded quickly and was very professional. The entire process was explained in detail and they got to work immediately. They quarantined my house and put plastic barriers and zipper walls up. After the remediation was completed everything was medically sterilized and air quality was tested to confirm total elimination of all mold.
