"Work done: popcorn ceiling removal and recessed lights installed. The owner is a great salesman and even being more expensive than competitors his professionalism sold me. Unfortunately that’s where it ended. His crew speaks 0 English. They did not clean up as well as I was explained but that’s just the tip. The ceiling after only 4 months is cracking in multiple areas. The recessed lights that were installed (15) were all installed incorrectly. I reached out to the owner (Ozzy) to explain and show photos of the work being done wrong and the only response I got back was “we never installed lights like that before.” All the lights came with instructions and templets which were never even looked at. The owner never even came over to see the job done wrong nor did he offer any corrected measures. Don’t let his professionalism influence your decision."

"I have an old LG front loader wash machine. It has run well over the years. I developed a leak the other day. I wanted to see if this could be repaired before I replace it. I called Arnie's. Gwen was great to talk to, and we found an opening same day to inspect and troubleshoot my unit. Kevin came out and quickly found a bad cold water valve. We ordered parts and within a couple days, I was back in business. The service was excellent from start to finish. I would use Arnies again. It is nice to have a good reliable repair company available instead of having to replace entire units with only minor issues. This is really good work. Thanks Arnie !!
