"I cannot rate Blair more highly....they called the day before to say they were coming betw 8:30 and 10:30 and then their technician called today...and showed up on time at 8:39.......he was wonderful .spent an hour working on the AC unit on the roof on one of the Hottest days we have had in Palm Springs..115 Degrees...they honored the discount they had provided on Angies List of $59 for what is normally a $85 16 point Tune Up....and he pointed out a maintenance agreement they provided - I told him I had a home warranty and did not need it..and unlike other AC maintenance people he did not try to pressure me to buy it... I will DEFINITELY use them in the Fall to service the heater!!!"

"It went very well. Marcus came out, arriving on time, looking clean and professional. He was friendly, helpful and full of good information. I had called because I had cleaned my reusable filter, but when I went to put it back in afterward, I saw a wire just hanging in the middle of the furnace-air conditioning unit. I didn't see it before and wondered if one of my cats had pulled it off of the unit while I was cleaning the filter. I wanted to make sure that this wire would go back to where it was supposed to be, which is why I called Air Care in the first place. As it turned out, Marcus assured me that this was a superfluous wire that just hadn't been hidden out of the way. He then turned on the A/C unit and began checking the temperatures blowing out from the registers and went outside to inspect and clean out the compressor. He showed me a reset button at the bottom of the compressor that I'd never noticed before and let me know that I could try that first if my A/C unit ever stopped working. He was friendly and willing to take time to explain things and answer questions. I appreciated this."

"It's nice to find people who are so kind. I was having a devil of a time getting the key to unlock the door to my rental condo. After 20 minutes I got desperate and flagged down a Timo's Air Conditioning truck that happened to be servicing an air conditioner down the street in the hopes that if I paid him $10 he would help me with my lock. Not only did he help unlock my door for me, but when I offered him $10 for his troubles he refused to accept the money. Kindness like that is hard to come by these days. While my heating/air conditioning is working fine right now, Andrew has definitely earned a new customer! Next time I need a HVAC repair man, he'll be the first person I'll call."
