"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"A GENTLEMAN AND CRAFTSMAN. A broken upstairs pipe wrecked havoc on our home. My husband was just entering the hospital for chemo therapy. Steve came. He worked around our schedule, most of the time I left him alone in the house. He repaired and matched the ceiling texture, installed a grab bar in shower, replaced fire alarm and a list of "honey do's" as well. Steve worked around our schedule stopping work when my husband was home and arranging his schedule to be back when my husband went back to the hospital.
