"Had the team from Chandler out after we discovered a water leak during the big series of storms in November. They were able to have Brady come out and take a look in a week, which was great given that I'm sure they were flooded with calls. Brady put together a plan of action to fix the leak, and when it came time for the work to start, they quickly realized that the under layment on our clay tile roof was not consistent throughout the roof as anticipated. Brady immediately called me to keep me in the loop as well as provide his recommendations on the best course of action. The communication and honesty was up front throughout which is certainly something we appreciated. The partial re-roof that we opted for was completed within a week - a far cry from the 5+ weeks that our neighbors experienced with some other company. Brady took the time to explain the materials that were used in the process, as well as they type of under layment options and warranty. After another four days of rain in February, everything looks good and we are dry! Overall very satisfied with their job. While I'm sure there are slightly cheaper roofing contractors out there, I think the overall balancing of price vs quality certainly favors Chandler."

"Really, very helpful, guys! I met with them because our roof was starting to get old in the garage. So, I decided to replace them before they begin to have leaks. I contacted the hometown restoration team over the phone, and they showed responsiveness and interest to provide us with an excellent job. He promised to return in a week to give me a presentation and a quote after my initial consultation. I was blown away when Luis returned a week later! He offered a PowerPoint presentation and explained the full details of our roof, which needed to be fixed together with their roofing licensing. After presenting the whole process clearly, I got confident to work with them. I hired their service, and the price was cheaper than the other firms in the area. "I used them to paint our house about 6 1/2 years ago.  I was happy then and am still happy after this job.  They are not the least expensive but do qualtiy work and offer a "touch up" service in between major painting to extend the life of a paint job.  The crew (Enrique and Jorge) were great.  They worked hard and were obviously very experienced.  One of them had been on the crew that painted my house 6 1/2 years ago.  They spent a lot of time on prep.  They estimated that the job would take about 1 week and were right on.  They were also great about coordinating the painting with the gutter company.  I had my old guttters removed prior to painting as I wanted the facia underneath the gutters painted.  The new alumium gutters then needed to be installed while the painters were still there since we were using bonderized downspouts (which need to be painted), several of which needed to be fabricated after the gutters were installed.  Suffice it to say, the coordination went flawlessly.  Also, Joe Freed, the owner, had to deal with my indecision on paint colors and transparent vs. solid stain on the pergola.  I trusted him on the solid stain recommendation and could not be happier.  I was unhappy with the downspout color (which I picked) after they were painted.  Joe and I picked another color and they repainted them without hassle and they look great.  I added another bit to the job at the end which added $140.  Some of the roof flashing was showing between the concrete tile roof and new gutters.  Joe picked up paint and they finished that up with the rest of the job.  I'll definitely use them again."
