"We had Mr. Ruiz from Blue Bay Construction Group stop by for an Estimate and after the Estimate install an Under Cabinet Range Hood and a LED Light Fixture above the Kitchen Sink. He was very knowledgeable about the above work, he also had all the needed tools and additional materials needed for installation of the above. He did not try to up sale the above work. We will use them again for other projects we will be doing."

"Major work accomplishment included: concrete removal to expose under-floor plumbing; concrete pouring; installation of new plumbing and electrical circuits; installation of new bathroom fixtures; construction of new walls; a new door; and interior stucco application. The work was done under permit. All seven (7) required city inspections passed without an issue, indicating that the craftsmen, who worked on the project, were knowledgeable of applicable building codes. The project turned out very well, and it has provided a significant enhancement to my home. A miscommunication issue with the painting subcontractor was resolved quickly by the project manager. The project cost was on the higher end of the scale (based on other bids), hence the grade of “B” for pricing. I would hire AAA Services of Central Florida Inc again. I trust them. They do good work and stand behind what they do. I recommend them without reservation."

I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."
