"Rocky was so professional. Had a tricky problem with the way my dishwasher was originally installed (before I bought the home) but he solved the problem. Great communications. Reliable and on time. He's definitely the person I will call in the future for any appliance repair or advice."

"Efficient. Went right to work. Did not overcharge or say I had to replace. Kept communicating with me. They were easy to work with & will do so again!!"

"Super service that was sonic fast. Parts were available and service was done same day as Service call estimate. I will use Appliance Repair Optimal, LLC for all appliance needs in the future. I highly recommend this company."

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Our 15 year old LG dryer started making a horrible noise on Friday (3/6). We previously used whoever our home warranty company sent out. Our experiences with them were so terrible that we had lost faith in finding any reputable repair company. We finally dumped our warranty company. Fuse was one of 2 companies that responded to our request for service. They called the next morning (a Saturday) and arrived at 1130. Mike completely disassembled, cleaned, replaced all necessary parts, plus fixed the spring/wire holding the gasket on our washer that was causing it to leak, and cleaned up after himself by 1230. For a grand total of $257. He also ordered a new cover for our lint trap that I broke trying to vacuum it out. That will be an additional $75 (parts & labor) when the part comes in. Best experience I have had with a repair company. We will hire again and highly recommend."

"Of the 3 quotes I requested, AACO was the only one to call me, and they did so immediately, and this was on a Sunday. They sent someone out the very next day, he diagnosed the problem efficiently, then ordered the necessary part. The gentleman came to install the part the day after it arrived. All was resolved within 72 hours of my calling. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs."
