"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Tomas was very knowledgeable about our plumbing problems and how to solve them. Besides the clogged drain, he fixed our water heater. He is very pleasant to work with and his fees are reasonable."

"The crew was highly professional talking me through each step of what had to be done. Always on time and showing great concern about keeping the old sewer mainline functioning while prepping to replace it. There were no surprises or up charges after the job was completed and I would highly recommend this company, and especially Vincent who was there from the beginning until the end of the project giving continuity and with shovel in hand and at work!"

"Installed tankless water heater for a little more than a previous quote, but it was aesthetically done! That sold it for me! I’d need my dripping kitchen faucet replaced soon, and guess who I’d call??!!"

"Shey, Showed up on to replace my garbage disposal. He was fast and cleaned up the work area nicely. Great job."

"My house was backed up I could not use my kitchen sink with out water coming in to my bath tubs adding to the water not to mention the waste. So I decided to call Alpha 1 Rooter and plumbing to see if they can help me out with my issues. They came out and were very knowledgeable in their craft, not to mention respect, kind, and courteous, and very professional. They did what they called it a pipe burst to fix my mainline. Now my house is flowing like never flowed before. Thank you Alpha 1 for making sure me and my family are able to use our facilities with no worries not to mention the great price we paid. I shopped around and you guys beat the other companyâ s. My finances are not too great, but you guys made it possible and for that me and my family are forever grateful thank you all for one once again."

"More than exceeded my expectations. Very professional in every way from cleanliness to respectfulness. Needed a new water heater installed. Other companies wanted an arm and a leg while hermoso plumbing gave me a great deal with even greater service. In and out faster than expected with no hassles. Will definitely be giving them a call back for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended."

"new toilet install and pressure valve replacement. Quick and effecient"

"We had already called another plumber on Angies List (Hayes Plumbing) to have ours replaced. But when he arrived he stated he no longer gave the senior discount as he priced his units so low and he charges more for labor for units INSIDE the home, etc.  So I called Right Solutions Plumbing out of the phonebook and told him of our desperation. He has a good steady business and after hearing of our situation said he would be over that afternoon to look at  our unit and see how soon he could help us. He was the owner - James Ratliff - and he was so kind and professional over the phone.  HE estimated our job and went to get our 50 gallon BridgeWhite (or something like that--- a very good model they dont even sell retail at Lowes or Home Depot).  He came with his assistant, Jerome (really nice young man) and completed the job without any hangups.  By the way, he doesnt charge more for the unit being inside and said he never heard of that policy .  I commend his professionalism and concern for our situation.  He is such a nice guy and well represents his trade. I will use him anytime I need his services.  My husband also was very impressed with James.  He was very knowledgeable and a good communicator which nowadays, just  doesnt happen.
He also has 24 hr emergency service and responds to all his calls. I give him my highest recommendation.  He doesnt low bid and then hit you with all the extras. Very ethical and good to know someone like him has a local business we can depend upon.
