"A representative came out the day after my call and emailed me the estimate within a day or 2 and I contracted with them on 2/25/13 with a 50% deposit.  They promptly applied for the permit with the City, which took 2 weeks to process, and let me know it would be about 4 weeks for the accordions to come in.  The doors and accordions were installed on 4/5/13, but the impact window took a little longer, and was installed around 6/14/13.
