There was a mix-up with payment that the owner took care of before I even noticed there was an issue. The work didn't happen on the day I'd originally been told but was done a couple days later. I didn't need to be home since it was exterior so that was perfectly fine and not an inconvenience.

CEDAR SIDING - STRIPPING / RE-FINISHING WENT REASONABLY WELL AND 2-3 YEARS LATER STILL LOOKS GOOD.
CON:
THEIR ARE A FEW PLACES WHERE THE FUNGUS WAS NOT COMPLETED REMOVED. THEY ALSO LEFT A FAIR AMOUNT OF PULP IN THE CHANNELS VIA THE STRIPPING PROCESS.
THE PAINT ON GARAGE DOORS BUBBLED UP AND HAD TO BE RE-PAINTED. THIS COMPANY WAS NON-RESPONSIVE WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH THE GARAGE DOORS, SO I AM IN THE PROCESS OF STRIPPING THE DOORS AND RE-FINISHING THEM MYSELF.

They sent out a crews -- it was either three or four guys to do that, but I didn't -- of course, if was faster with four guys -- but I didn't know that they needed to send four guys out. I thought their price was a little high especially given that another company I used at my son's house this year was $230 for a spring cleanup. That was a big difference. And there were two or three fellows on that crew -- there were not four like had been on the other crew. I gave them a B overall primarily because of the pricing.
