There was a mix-up with payment that the owner took care of before I even noticed there was an issue. The work didn't happen on the day I'd originally been told but was done a couple days later. I didn't need to be home since it was exterior so that was perfectly fine and not an inconvenience.

Dave responded promptly, got a bid out right away and immediately got me on their calendar after I accepted the bid. His work schedule is on a calendar on-line, so you can see when your painting is scheduled, which is very handy. The painters did excellent work, and they were quick, efficient and very neat. When they were done, Dave made sure I was happy with the work, then e-mailed the bill (his prices are very fair) and that was all there was to it.  One of the most pleasant, painless experiences I've had dealing with a contractor.  The most difficult part of the entire process was trying to decide which color to choose out of the six samples that we had painted on the back of the house.  :-)  I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone looking for exterior painting.
