"He was very friendly and professional. He gave me a quote and I accepted it and he set me up right away. The snow was removed within a day and they needed to come back to get rid of all the built up ice. Everything was done in just a couple days. Very satisfied with the work and will call them back when I need additional work done."

"K&M improvement did such an incredible job!! they gave me the kitchen and bathroom I’ve always wanted!! Our house is over 100 years old and needed a lot of work, they worked so hard and went above and beyond to make the outcome perfect! "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
