"Tom was very nice came on time melted all the ice inside the fridge for about two and a half hours and told me to keep an eye on the fridge and let him know if it worked or not and to call him, he guarantees his work and that he'll come back , he asked for 200$ which I thought was bit much I offered 150$ so he went down to175$ including the service call which I think is ok .
