"the process from beginning to end was exceptional. Design work by Fernando was right on point and Justin Rector did an outstanding job managing the project. He was the person I depended on the most to keep the project going and keep me informed. I enjoyed working with him immensely. Jesse and Victor were exceptional in carpentry and build. Even the subcontractors used were outstanding and their work was high quality. Of particular note was the tile/floor installer, Marcello. He is a true craftsman. The project went smoothly and the disruption in the house was kept to a minimum. I would recommend the company if you are seeking a stress free beginning to end design/build company that provides a beautiful high quality end product."

"I had an excellent experience with my kitchen remodel through S&W Palm Harbor. I had a general color scheme with some style references to start from and Gina did a great job as designer making it fit to the space and sourcing product to match as we narrowed down the choices to the final design. Daniel the contractor kept me informed on the work scheduling and handled bumps along the way like switching the round pop-up outlets to square ones when the demolition revealed unexpected clearance issues. They were very accommodating to reusing my existing appliances and saving some of the fixtures that I wanted for my laundry room. My kitchen looks awesome and the gain in functionality is a massive improvement from my original layout."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Blue Bay for a lanai extension project and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality. The project began with a thorough consultation where they listened to my ideas and provided valuable insights to enhance the design. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the construction process, ensuring that every aspect of the extension was executed to perfection. The crew was punctual, respectful, and maintained a clean work environment, which I greatly appreciated. They kept me informed at every stage, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and effectively. The final result transformed my outdoor space into a beautiful and functional area that my family and I will enjoy. I highly recommend Blue Bay and Raul to anyone looking for reliable and skilled professionals for their home improvement projects."

"Very professional company and great quality work. I highly recommend them."

"We hired Salt & Pepper to install a floating LVP floor over an existing wood plank floor. The team was on time, professional, and easy to work with. Nadav, the team lead, was very precise with a high degree of attention to detail. The quality of the installation of this floor ended up looking better than the original floor installed by the builders. Next time we need any work on our floors, we will be calling Salt & Pepper again. Highly recommend."

"It was a perfect job both in time and quality, the best prices on the market"

"What a easy way to get your home remodeling projects done. Bronson walked us through the entire process and timeline. It was such a great experience from start to finish. I never felt like other parts of my house were a complete mess with construction. The budget we agreed on was met. Bronson is extremely friendly and communicates great until the project is finished. Thank you again!!"

"The team is excellent at communication, we have since hired them for multiple projects. Very happy with their job overall and reasonable pricing."

"JAM more than met our expectations! We had heard all of the horror stories with kitchen remodels from friends and neighbors, so we were ready for a bumpy ride. However, from the very first phone call with Rick Sr. our experience was TOP KNOTCH! Speaking of which, he actually took our first call when he was on vacation! That truly shows his dedication! After the first official meet and greet, JAM told us how the entire process would work-1) kitchen cabinet/countertop tear-out 2)replace cabinets and countertops 3) touch up painting 4) enjoy our new kitchen. They gave us timelines for each phase and always had the job done on time; if not early. The one thing that I want to emphasize is how thoughtful and compassionate Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. were through the entire process. They completely ripped out our kitchen over the Christmas holidays, but they were extremely conscientious to our needs and left us with a **functional kitchen** so we could still cook and enjoy our time with family. Needless to say, do we recommend JAM? You better believe it! PLEASE make that first call and see what they can do for you. You will NOT be disappointed!"
