"Choosing Mr Window to replace all of my windows and doors has turned out to be one of the biggest regrets I've ever had. As stated in other reviews, Ryan the salesman is done with you the minute you sign a contract. Pony, who is a so called manager is a weak, condescendingly rude person who is great at excuses and poor at follow through. What was suppose to be a simple 2 day project has turned into weeks with no completion or resolution in sight. When I first signed onto this project I was going to pay cash. Something in my head kept telling me to use the finance offer so I had the finance company on my side should something go wrong and then just pay it off when everything was done correctly. Best decision ever, because things went wrong fast and the finance company is on top of it. Mr Window lied to the finance company by claiming the job was 100% done only an hour after arriving to my home. They then claimed that I am just a difficult customer looking to get something for free, which I'm not. I've not asked for anything except for what I ordered and paid for. Every person that I have talked to at Mr Window has different excuses, but always sheds one more ray of light on the true picture. The one door that they have repeatedly claimed was on back order, was actually never ordered. (Thanks for that information Brittany!) now it's expected arrival isn't for another month. When considering windows, doors or any other project, please steer as far away from Mr Window as possible."
